To ensure your service isn’t suspended or terminated, follow the rules below.
Service: This is what has been ordered from SpringNodes whether it be a hosting package or any other product.
Termination: This is what may happen to your Service if you don’t follow our Acceptable Use Policy outlined below.
Suspension: This is what may happen to your Service if you don’t follow our Acceptable Use Policy outlined below.
Customer: The person, person(s) or legal entity such as a registered company who placed the order for the Service.
Step One: The Customer will be contacted via email with the email message being sent by the email [email protected]
Step Two: The Customer will have 24 hours to respond, the Service will be suspended until further investigation whether they respond or not.
Step Three: Once the investigation into the Acceptable Use Policy violation has been completed, the verdict will be sent to the Customer.
Step Four: Depending on the verdict determined by the investigation, the appropriate action(s) will be carried out which may be Termination.
